iphone trys to unlock itself in pocket iphone12

My iphone keeps trying to unlock itself in my pocket, to were when i take it out it will have a disabled for X minuets count down on it. Today it is now saying iphone disabled and doesnt have a min count down. How can i fix this and keep it from trying to unlock in my pocket?

Think about carrying the iPhone in your pocket as the iPhone will think you are trying to log on with any kind of touch to the screen and ask for the passcode. If this happens too many times, the iPhone will lock itself out and you have to start all over again with the links above.
