Free 90 day apple tv

I purchased an iPad less than 90 days ago and activated the free 90 day trial. However I see it on my iPhone x but not on the new device (ipad).

When I go to Apple TV on my Ipad the screen is blank. I can’t stream or see anything even though I see the subscription as active in my settings. I have no issue with my iPhone. I don’t remember for sure but it’s possible that activated the trial on my iPhone instead of my new iPad. Is that a problem?

Any idea what I need to do? Thanks.

Verify that both devices are registered with the same Apple ID account. Once you have the subscription, the service would be available on any of your devices with that same Apple ID account.

Verify that both devices are internet connected (prefer Wi-Fi). For cellular internet connectivity, the TV app may need to be set to allow using cellular data in Settings.
