iMessage activation on iPad is unsuccessful
My iPad keeps saying that “activation on your iMessages and FaceTime was unsuccessful”. I’ve followed the post of one of the forum staff leaving a link that leads to a article from apple detailing how to fix this issue, and it does not work. My iPhone works fine and when I try to contact apple support, the only option that appears is to select my iPhone. The article says to go into settings, turn of iMessages and iPhone, reboot the iPad, and turn them on, but I cannot find a option to turn off iMessages. Someone please help!!
