How to use my iPad without transferring my account from my iPhone
I don’t want all the apps and pics in iPhone transferring to my iPad. How do I prevent that ?

You can prevent automatic installation of Apps on either device by making a minor change to your settings:
Settings > App Store > [Automatic Downloads] >
- Apps - set to OFF
- App Updates - set to OFF
Similarly, you can prevent Photos being synchronised between devices:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos >
- iCloud Photos - set to OFF
- My Photo Stream - set to OFF
- Shared Albums - set to OFF
