USB C not working on MacBook Pro
One of the left USB Cs on Mac Book Pro not working. When I do the soft reset and the SMC, or just a simple restart it works again, but the problem reoccurs after some time.
Thank you!
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6

You do not say if this is Intel or an M1 ...?
please advise...
No SMC or NVRAM on the M1 SoC.
The best you can do if you have an issue— equivalent Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.
If no resolve try SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.
if Intel—Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
