Did you follow the steps in the related article linked at the top left corner of this page to attempt to request a refund for the purchase?
If you don't see the option to request a refund, the purchase may be consumable and not eligible for a refund. To learn more about in-app purchases, have a look at this link: Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions
