I am using MacBook for a few months but when I am using VPN its not allow me to open UK and France sites.
Can anyone have a look and answer me what is the issue and how I can solve it.
I was just trying to open UK sites but facing an error in MacBook.

We are not Apple, we are users just like you; your situation does not seem to be an Apple problem.
Certain countries restrict the use of VPNs, That may be your problem.
For this you need to contact your VPN as nobody here can do that for you. Your VPN developer should provide you with full details as to what their exact capabilities and restrictions are.
You should also do the same with your country's government agency which oversees internet operations as well as general communications.
