I want to access my apple subscriptions without downloading iTunes or any 3rd party software

Without being given the exact same response that completely ignores the question, how do I access my apple account to cancel subscriptions without downloading iTunes or having an apple device. It should be illegal to take money from someone who doesn't have the ability to prevent money being taken without access to exclusive software. If there's no viable response to this frequently asked question, class action may just have to be the next step.
