I can’t figure out why when I want to use cellular data for I can’t figure out why when I want to use cellular data forMy apps I scroll down but it appears as though I’m locked out of all of them how can I reverse that I have unlimited cellular data. Why is it when I activate cellular data and then scroll down it appears so I’m locked out of all my apps I can’t turn them on or off for data usage how can I reverse that.
