This is the third day that I have a ‘It’s not you it is us’ message and a connection problem. I have turned my phone off, to no avail. What else is to be done? The GB’s are there for storage also.

it looks like that message is coming from within the app itself.

if your issue is isolated to that app, then contact the app developer
