Hi, I Have a MacBook Pro 2021 with magsafe power. Can I also use USB C Port to give power to my Mac ?

Yes you can. You need to use a charger of sufficient power as the linked article I provided explains.
I can you USB C from the block charger to USB C in the computer ? No magsafe needed?
