My disabled app in the App Store still isn’t working. I’ve tried everything and nothings working. Is there anyway you guys can help me please. I’ve changed password, restart phone and updated my account info and still nothing.

I’ve tried all avenues with my disabled App Store and nothing is working.Can you assist me please?

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


Contact through link or by going to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support or:


Contact Apple for support and service


If this is not your issue post back.
