Buying Tickets For Mexican Sporting Event From USA

Using the company Boletomovil to buy tickets for a Mexico event they routinely send a verification code through WhatsAp and I never get it.

If you get Whatsapp messages from other correspondents, I don't think that problem is related to your iPhone.

I suggest that you contact Boletomovil and/or WhatsApp and explain your problem.
