Request to stop the billing capabilities

how you tell me on call with apple support number, we request to stop the billing capabilities completely at our carrier. Now it is stoped.


Now we increse a limit and my child phone number is active.


Please confirm us that there are no subscriptions and monthly plan with his number at ITunes and Apple. My son phone number is


Also please cancel and refund last transactions at ITUNES


We never used Apple and ITUNEs services. we don't even own an iphonea and apple account.

You are not speaking with Apple.


We are all other users and do not have access to accounts or records.


You need to contact Apple with your case number. And, it is a very bad idea to publish a phone number in a public online forum. I will ask to have it removed.
