Mac Mini M1 Cannot Access GitHub

I asked this before but can no longer find the thread...

My M1 Mac Mini refuses to load GitHub unless I am connected to a VPN.

If I'm not routed through my ProtonVPN the website won't load but it loads successfully when I am connected through the VPN.

I've tried deleting Proton just in case there was some sort of configuration blocking something (using CleanMyMac X) but no change.

I've tried booting in safe mode an no luck there either.

I've had this issue for quite a while now and it's really becoming a pain. Would be grateful of any help.

Mac mini, macOS 13.0

Ok I solved it....

I cleared cookies and cache from Safari

Restarted into Safe Mode and GitHub loaded fine

I then restarted into normal mode and GitHub is loading fine there too.

Not sure if clearing the cache in Safari was a the true fix as I had not been able to load GitHub in Firefox either, previously.

Maybe this will help someone sometime.
