App not downloading
trying to download an app but it won't change from the circle loading. Picture attached

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with downloading Xcode on your device.
1. Please start with the info and troubleshooting here: If an app won't run or install on your Mac after you upgrade macOS - Apple Support
2. Next, check that there are not App Store iCloud outage or maintenance issues in your area using this link: Apple system Status
3. If there is no outage and you still have issues, it's possible the issue is cause by the network you are connected to. Try while connected to a different wireless network. You can also try by turning off Wi-Fi and testing only with your cellular connection (or with a hotspot if possible.)
- To try with another wireless network, make sure it meets these requirements: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support
4. If you still have issues, test if the same thing is occurring on another device if possible. Let us know if the issue is occurring on multiple devices, multiple wireless networks, or also occurring on your cellular data.
