Not in there. Only the signatures I created.
Using iPhone XR with latest update.

I found it.
In Outlook on my iPhone, I change my signature, not in Settings>Mail>Signature.

his pics below are self-explanatory. If this is activated on Mac then the same reflects on your iPhone if it uses the same email account.
