Storage

I have done everything to free up storage on my phone, including purchasing MORE storage, but I’m still being told I have NO STORAGE AVAILABLE. Why?

Sounds like your device’s storage is full, not iCloud. Purchasing iCloud online storage does not replace or add to the built in storage of your device.
