How do I calibrate my Apple Watch decibel meter

Hi do I calibrate my Apple Watch 6 decibel meter? My friend’s watch records 10-12 dBs more than my watch. I confirmed this with a verified source. How do I get my Apple watch to read noise more accurately?

Apple Watch Ultra Heart Rate During Workout I’ve been having problems with my Apple Watch ultra. basically as seen in the photos I’ve attached, every workout I do starts with the Apple Watch reading my heart rate and then for the next 5-10 minutes it doesn’t read at all. I’ve looked everywhere and read different forums and tried every setting possibility out there but none of it seems to work because it looks like I’m the only one with this problem, I’ve tried loosing and tightening my strap but it doesn’t effect the process. I’ve came to conclusion that this is a bug in the workout app because the heart rate sensors work and as seen they read my heart rate through the other half of my workout. if anyone else has this problem please let me know.

Apple Watch Ultra: workout app weird bug - cannot set upper limit for pace range When trying to select a pace range in the Workout app in the Apple Watch Ultra, it only allows me to do so in the "Lower limit". When I select "Upper Limit", the options are blank. The curious thing is that this worked before, but now it is stuck like that. I have tried rebooting the watch, removing the pace range, trying to create a different, custom workout but nothing works. I did not try unpair/resetting the watch given the hassle of redownloading music etc. - any ideas?

apple watch not a source in sleep app My new watch isn't tracking sleep phases, and my watch doesn't show up as a data source for the Sleep app in Health. How can i fix this?

See if the microphone or speaker on your Apple Watch is blocked or has debris in it. If so, gently clean it. If your device has a protective case, remove it.
