You should be able to do it by accessing your iPhone's Camera Roll like it's a flash card. The entire Camera Roll should be in a directory called DCIM (for "digital camera images"). The entire directory (or parts of it) can be dragged and dropped where it will copy the files.

Microsoft has its own recommendation for how to import photos and images.
