Based on your screenshot, I think it's true that you didn't get a refund. This is because the subscription has expired. You probably subscribed earlier in this app and it has come to the end of the period. If the period has expired you need to subscribe again.

I had done request for refund yet at 22 of june 2022. Please look for my request and give me correct answer why money didn’t come.
