Subscription Photoshop has expired, but money hadn’t come back to my card

If you have made a request you can see the status yourself. If your refund is approved then it may take time for you to get the refund back. This article describes how long it may take. It depends on the way you have made the payment.

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If it takes too long, please contact Apple support.

Based on your screenshot, I think it's true that you didn't get a refund. This is because the subscription has expired. You probably subscribed earlier in this app and it has come to the end of the period. If the period has expired you need to subscribe again.
