At night I need to set the alarm to wake me so I have the volume turned up to the full.
The problem is that through the night I get other things like e-malls so the sound wakens me at times I don’t want to get up.

Unlike iPhone, no models of iPad include any form of Haptic Feedback. As such, the iPad does not benefit from any vibration alerts.

You need to explore Focus Modes - where you can selectively mute sound alerts by type or category:
Use Focus on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Focus is the replacement for the previous Do Not Disturb function.
