At night I need to set the alarm to wake me so I have the volume turned up to the full.
The problem is that through the night I get other things like e-malls so the sound wakens me at times I don’t want to get up.

You need to explore Focus Modes - where you can selectively mute sound alerts by type or category:

Turn on Silent Mode on your device. There should be a switch on the top left side of your device. Use it. This will make all notifications use vibrations instead of sound. Silent Mode do not affect alarms, so as long as you have a sound set for the alarm, it should work.

Unlike iPhone, no models of iPad include any form of Haptic Feedback. As such, the iPad does not benefit from any vibration alerts.
