I want to exchange my MacBook Pro

If you purchased a brand new Mac DIRECT from Apple, (not through a Reseller) you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange it in the US and many countries (except in the Far East, where policies differ). After 14 days, any defects are a repair issue.

Since there are no MacBook Pros available, and none expected to be generally available before mid August, the best you can probably do is a refund and new order.

If you simply want to replace your older-than-14 days Mac with a different model, you can trade in as suggested by the links other posters have provided, or sell to a private party and buy new.

Apple doesn't do exchanges.

The best you can hope for is to trade it in and purchase a new Mac.
