Hello Apple. i have a problem in my phone i did reset the phone and I didn't know he needed to former icloud and i dont remember this icloud so this is my problem. I want your help, and I'll thank you from my heart. It's the first time I've used apple support, and thank you for the efforts you've made to us.

I bought the phone from someone I don't know who. He didn't take off the icloud. When i reset the phone this what happened to me .So i dont know what can i do for fix this problem

There is nothing you can do. The phone is useless to you. Make sure you recycle it properly.
