AI-like mouse cursor assistant

I am looking for an app or tool that helps with cursor positioning on the Mac. I've done some searching and am surprised that I'm not finding anything, but maybe I'm not describing it properly. I thought I'd throw it out to the community and see if anyone knows of something, or can explain why it doesn't exist.

For the record, I'm already using CursorSense, and that is not what I'm looking for.

To put it very simply, I'm looking for a tool that can sense what I'm heading for with the mouse, and can put the cursor there. If I'm heading toward that little checkbox there, it'll put the cursor there. If I'm heading for the minimize button, it'll put the cursor there. If I'm heading for the drag bar at the right of the window, it'll put the cursor there. I don't want it to be a bully about it; if it thinks I'm heading for minimize but I'm actually heading for maximize, a slight course correction should get it to snap to the correct button.

The screen has millions of pixels that I could click on, I suppose. But by and large in any given window or interface, I'm only going to be clicking in a few areas. I know where I'm going, and if I get close to something clickable but not quite exactly lined up on it, why do I have to manually get it there? Why isn't there software that will be able to infer what I'm doing and assist my efforts?

As I said, I'm not finding it, but if anyone knows of something, or knows why it's not possible, please discuss.
