When in come to my fitness app on my iPhone I can’t see the fitness+ tab i only see 2 tabs (Summary, Sharing) my Apple Watch and iPhone is up to date and my iPhone is newer than iPhone 6s and my Apple Watch is newer than Apple Watch 3. What do i do?

Have you made sure your iPhone is updated? Fitness+ requires the latest version of iOS, which is currently iOS 15.5.
