Fitness+ on fitness app

When in come to my fitness app on my iPhone I can’t see the fitness+ tab i only see 2 tabs (Summary, Sharing) my Apple Watch and iPhone is up to date and my iPhone is newer than iPhone 6s and my Apple Watch is newer than Apple Watch 3. What do i do?
