Lyft driver app issue

Why Lyft driver app doesn’t work with iPhone 13 pro and 12 pro I went back to 11 pro to able use it, also when I open the app makes all other apps very slow, by the way I’m in iOS 15.5 and my carrier is Cricket and I asked them about the issue they recommended update all settings and the app that already did but still doesn’t work

Lyft driver app cause cellular to go offline My friend's iPhone with cricket as a provider has a strange problem that can be 100% re-produced. When I open the Lyft driver app and use cellular (5G or LTE has the same problem), it causes the iPhone to go offline (the internet browser is not loading, google Maps returns the offline result, and other applications say that the phone is offline). To be able to use cellular again, I have to turn cellular off and on again. This problem never occur if I connect to wi-fi. Lastest app version, lastest iOS version, kill app, delete app, not seem to be able to solve this issue. It so weird and bug me so that I have to ask this question. I know that Lyft driver app doesn't develop by Apple but my question is that how can one application causes an network effect to the phone, as far as I know as an iOS developer I can only listen to the network change via "SCNetworkReachability" class. Note: Only iPhone with has cricket as an provider has this problem. My other friends which ddifferent provider don't have this problem.

Iphone 16 app slowness and connection issues I've got an iphone 16 pro max and am having issue with extremely slow app loading and connecting to apple car play. The phone, the apps and the car are updated to current versions. When I open amazon app it will take at least 1 min or longer to load. Doesn't matter if I am on wifi or not. In my car 50% of the time it will take up to 5 minutes for the phone to connect to apple car play. I have xfinity cell service. Is this on their end? Not sure what else to try. Phone is only 2 months old.

the Lyft app is not developed by Apple.

if you are having an issue with a 3rd party app, then contact the app developer.

Here is an article about iOS performance if it helps.. but if it's just the one app, then probably not an iOS issue.
