Apple watch battery charge when unpaired
I am looking to unpair and reset my apple watch but I want to keep the battery in good health. How do I know the battery level if the watch is reset and unpaired?

You said you were able to see the battery level without setting up the watch. The question is, how? When I turn on the watch, it just starts taking me through the setup.
