Can't purchase music in iTunes Store.

I can't authorize my payment method to be used in iTunes Store. When I click "Manage Payments" to the right of Payment Information, it does nothing. Zip. Nothing comes up. Any ideas?

If you are unable to update your payment method in iTunes on your PC, do you have another device that you can use to edit your payment information? Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
