Brand new ipad

i have a brand new ipad that is boxed and unopened , does apple take back the product or will i have to sell elsewhere?

For devices purchased directly from Apple, you have a generous 14-day window of opportunity within which an unwanted item can be unconditionally returned for exchange or refund.
