Why I can't change the storage capacity from 2 terabytes? If I choose 5GB, it doesn't work. I want to change the payment system so that it is debited from my card and not from the mobil phone, but I don't want to pay for iCloud (2TB).

The page will help to note the following:
To cancel iCloud+, choose the free 5GB plan.
Tap Done. If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
