tmobile data problem

Since I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon earlier in the week I've been having issues with the phone not connecting to the Internet, in spite of having a decent signal. Voice and messaging don't seem to be a problem. Turning the phone off and on has fixed it, and sometimes it has resolved by itself. I wondering if Reset Network Settings might help?

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


If you can't activate your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular)

If you can't activate your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular) - Apple Support

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
