How do I fix Screenshot in automator?

Frustrating day but woke up this morning and everything worked perfectly. Not sure why. I quit playing with automator but noticed that I had two software updates waiting to be executed. I ran one for safari and the other for BigSur. I disconnected my 2nd monitor and went to bed. Rebooted everything this morning. Ran the automator workflow....and it was perfect. Reattached my 2nd display and it worked seamlessly on both.

Correct. I used interactive, which gave me the opportunity to select specific areas of the screen,. Tried at least 15 different times on different types of content and always got the same result. I have 2 displays. I disconnected one and built a new workflow. It didn't help. I tried toggling the settings from "interactive " to full screen. Didn't help.

I checked the privacy settings and made sure that anthing associated with Automation was turned on. I didn't have that many apps. They included Amazon Photo, Google software, WDD finder. Then I checked all the icons on the left side and it offered an Automator option i selected it. Like Screen recording was originally off but i turned it on.

Still not working.
