Camera and flashlight apps not responding

Why doesn’t my IPhone 11 flashlight and camera apps work? I’ve tried all the suggested remedies but it still doesn’t respond. Only the reverse camera work (forward camera is a black screen).

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Test the camera again by taking a photo. If your device has a front and rear camera, check if one or both isn't working. To switch cameras, tap the rotate button.
