I can barely use my phone

I am able to do alot on my phone still but now I cant slide up to go to my home screen and I cant slide the shutoff button when i want to restart it and I dont know how to fix it

Try force restarting your iPhone XR- Simply press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

hi, I think I might have a solution

a) if you have a Mac or Windows pc you may want to restart your phone,

b) book an appointment with genius bar at apple

c) hard reset it by tapping up and down volume then holding power button keep holding it, the it should boot up automatically
