My left AirPod makes a ticking noise.

My left airpod has a noise like a ticking clock. I' ve moved I kept moving it in my ear, I reinstalled it but the noise still persists. What can I do to

make this noise go away

After reviewing your post, it seems like the AirPods are making a sound. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting to solve this issue. Interference:

It may be interference that getting in the way here.
