Can only hear static on snapchat, voice memos and any type of call

Within the last week of me posting this about time i tried to call someone it was just straight static. Whenever i made a video on snapchat there was zero sound and just straight static even i could hear it when i replayed the video i’m using an iphone 8 I also saw someone else with this same problem post something like this and the article apple replied with was useless. Please try to answer this i can’t make any calls!
