Call forwarding not working on my iPhone.

iphone xs max my call fowerding not working whin i called tmobile it goes to philippines, they do not know how to if i ask for supervisor they refuse to connect snd hangup. this is tmobile service. i have wasted 1 1/2 hours no help . very very poor coustomer Service on part of Tmobile.

Turn on Call Forwarding.
