sign in with your Apple ID

I have a problem someone help!

When i go to Settings then click my name then go to Password & Security  

I don't see the option “ sign in with your Apple ID”

its not there at all..

i have Change Password and Two-Factor Authentication thats it!!

I updated my phone and still didn't work

someone told me try to download an app that use it then it will show up

i downloaded few apps that i can use “ sign in with your Apple ID” but when i click it it take me to settings and thats it.. its not there!!

Help me :(
