Apple return policy on Ipad

i recently purchased I pad pro, I was wondering can I return the iPad within 14 days if I’m not happy with my purchase? Even after using the ipad?

I read the return terms but if I agree to the license agreement during ipad setup will this break the refund policy? Or I’m okay to use it as long as I return it in perfect condition within 14 days?
