My iPhone 13 isn’t letting me connect to Wi-Fi at all like I can’t even turn it on or off is this a defect ?

Is there a way to fix this or is it a defect in the 13 my phones in perfect condition in a otter box but one day it just randomly shut off and when I turned it back on it wasent allowing me to connect to Wi-Fi at all or even use the button to turn Wi-Fi on and off never had this issue on my 11

Wi-Fi feature isn't working on iPhone The Wi-Fi feature isn't working at all. I've already tried resetting my iPhone more than once, making sure the OS is up to date, resetting network settings more than once and whenever I go to turn it on it's greyed out. Earlier, though, the button was stuck on/green and had no available connections but wouldn't let me turn it off. I saw someone say if it's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth then it's a hardware problem, but Bluetooth works just fine. I have not one clue how to fix it anymore. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then read again -> Related Article -> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network

Check the router settings:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password - Apple Support

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
