My iPhone 13 isn’t letting me connect to Wi-Fi at all like I can’t even turn it on or off is this a defect ?

Is there a way to fix this or is it a defect in the 13 my phones in perfect condition in a otter box but one day it just randomly shut off and when I turned it back on it wasent allowing me to connect to Wi-Fi at all or even use the button to turn Wi-Fi on and off never had this issue on my 11

Try first to optimize the range of the mobile network, see this Apple article:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Then read again -> Related Article -> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network


Check the router settings:

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
