I have a Mac computer that I did a factory reset on but Microsoft sign in it won't let me in the computer even when I sign into my Microsoft

An Apple erase and install sequence does not involve Microsoft activation, so there are seemingly some details assumed or omitted.

Erase and reinstall macOS - Apple Support
None of that loads Microsoft apps, nor the Windows operating systems.
If you then installed Microsoft apps and are having Activation issues with those, or have installed Microsoft Windows and are having issues with Windows Activation, contact Microsoft Support. They know about Microsoft licensing, and should have access to your Microsoft account info.
