iPhone got locked and I can't retry my passcode

iphone got locked out and flashes "iphone unavailable". Why cant I get a option to retry my passcode.

The answer to “why” is that Apple designed it that way to protect your phone against tampering and hacking. But you probably want to know what to do about it: If your iPhone has iOS 15.2 or later installed, check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
