iPad showed unexpected error 41 when I tried to restore

My ipad air 2 screen went black. I tried hard reset option using power and home button pressing at the same time. Tried it many timea, but nothing happened. When i tried to restore using itunes from my windows 10 laptop, it showed unexpected error 41 and i could not find any explanation what this error means. My windows 10, and itunes application were up to date. And i was using a new lightning cable to connect the ipad as well. Is there any way to fix this issue
