About Software update

I do not update software ios 15.4 i directly update software ios 15.5

is it any problem that i not updated 15.4 ?


bcoz after update 15.5 I faced some trouble in my mobile!!!

in future update have any chance can resolve current problem?

Well, seeing your issues, try these 3 basic troubleshooting steps (check your device after each attempt):


A) Check your battery status in Settings>Battery>Battery Health>Maximum capacity. If it is close to 82-80%, have it replaced.


B) Try a "forced" restart of your device using these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support


C) If the issue persists, something could have gone wrong during the latest update procedure.

I would try to install a fresh copy of iOS/iPadOS. To do this, create a full backup of your iPhone/iPad (1), then restore it to factory settings (you need a computer to perform this step) and, in the end, set it up as new (2).

When done, restore data from your previously made backup (3).


Follow the instructions provided in these support articles:

(1) How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Apple Support

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup


If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support directly using this link:--> Get Support or, even better, make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Hi,

update later my mobile touch getting slow sometimes touch not working well its like stuck.

also when I type keyboard few words touch not response ! Not working!! ?


and open you tube then if i want to search same thing search option touch not working no response !

but if you tube app closed position i push tap and came app remove option there got search this search option working!

I think some things missing !!!😞😞

WOW, I think you get my mobile problem

I agree with your suggestion option (A)


bcoz two month ago I replace mobile battery after replace I show this battery not perfect not competable to using coz battery health not display not show,but I not change yet!!


Maybe,After replace I not faced problem coz that battery was new and current software version support that time.


now battery getting old also I updated new software 15.5 and this version not support this non authorized battery.


So I should replace this battery first
