cant find MY DEVICES section in my phone

hi, I cant see section MY DEVICES when I enter to my name. Where I am looking at the wrong place/

iPhone 16e vertical line/item on the home screen top right corner. Just bought a new iPhone 16e and transferred all my data from my iPhone SE 1st generation and all good! Except I've searched but can't discover what the vertical line/item is on the home screen top right corner. I've attached a photo and hoping someone knows the answer. For full disclosure in case it's relevant, I've not put my sim card in yet as waiting for a few accessories to arrive. Thank you.

My phone dont show my Airpods in my device section. I cant find my right Airpods there fore cant send a signal to find it. Can you help?
