My Order delivery date "window" has passed, but nothing has yet been posted?

I placed and order for an Apple Product on April 5th, with a delivery 'window' between June 16th and June 24th.

It is now June 27th, and the arrival date still shows a closing date 3 days ago.

I can see that the order is still 'processing' from April, but no indication of being 'ready to ship' is showing, and no new predicted arrival time period has been updated.

I'm wondering when I might get an indication of actual arrival date, as the pre-existing window is now over.

if it were going to be delivered soon, you would see the status change momentarily to "preparing to ship" as they turn the finished unit over to the shipping department, and "shipped" when it is in a box ready to go.

If it has missed its window, I would expect them to post an amended schedule very soon, but we don't have broad experience with that here, as it does not happen much.
