MacOSMonterey Update not working for me.

I updated my MacBook Air 13" to MacOSMonterey and every single piece of text has gone very small and I am finding it difficult to read. I have made the print in mail larger and can make my spreadsheets larger but all the computer generated print is still too small for me. How can I enlarge it please.
