The screen of my iPhone 11 got darker

Some time ago I noticed that the screen of my Iphone 11(64GB) got darker. Since it is nearly 2,5 years old I decided to buy new Iphone 11 (128 GB this time) but as I did backup from my old one the screen of the new one got darker too. I've already been to iDream to see what is the problem but after doing the diagnosis I was told that everything is okay (even with the old one). They told me that the light sensor is working and everything in settings is normal. They suggested that the problem may be in one of the apps I have on my phone but they didn't know which one. Here's my question, is it possible that it is because of some app and if yes do you know which one ? If not they suggested that it could be some problem with system that couldn't be explained. Can I do backup without damaging screen brightness of my new phone ?

You are welcome. Something to try. Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then use the phone for a few days to see if the problem remains. If the brightness is better, something that was on the phone must have been affecting the brightness. Then restore from the backup and see if that affects the brightness. If the problem returns after restoring the backup, one option is to do the reset again, and add the items back one at at time until you find the item that is causing the problem.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

Thank you for Your help. Yes, I tried closing them up but it doesn’t help with the screen brightness. On my old phone problems with brightness started at the end of 2021and continue till now that’s why I thought it is a technical problem and unfortunately I don’t know if I wouldn’t have to copy all from my phone and start from the bottom.
