Apple Watch Series 7 Lagging.

Whenever I edit apps and move an app through the grid in app view, it becomes extremely laggy, like i’m moving the app around and it moves very choppy and not smoothly under my finger. I wasn’t having this issue a few days back and the watch is new so hardware shouldn’t be a problem.

Please help.

Apple Watch laggy notifications On my new Apple Watch series 8 on WatchOS 10 (and also before), notifications seem to be very buggy when I raise my wrist and the screen turns on. It is like there are frames missing and it is really unpleasant to look at, I never had this on my AW4. It seems to happen when your screen changes from the always on display to completely on, when my screen is already on it doesn't happen. Has anyone else experienced this?
